The summer is over a couple of months ago, well at least on my part of the globe, and winter is speeding up like crazy. Cold is a reality right now and physical activity is reduced.
So, naturally or not, our body starts to build fat to help us fight the winter. But for many of us, this is a big no no, and we start to think we need to exercise to reduce tummy fat. Well, we all need to do regular exercise regardless of where we want to burn fat. It is a matter of general health and well being. Sadly, not everyone thinks like that or they are just plain lazy like me, and they only worry about some belly fat during pre summer, which will be too late to achieve proper results, unless you are really committed, and if that is the case my question is: are you really doing that in an healthy way?
So, the first great exercise to reduce stomach, for example, and best method is without doubt regular exercise! Ok ok. that is the ideal. Like i said, the majority of people only worries about that just before the summer.
So what is the second best choice? Taking the example given above, if i want to exercise to reduce tummy then i will start exactly now, November. Perfect time to exercise because it is not to cold yet, it is just before Christmas season, the season of excesses for many.
So i "engineered" a plan that i will need to follow. And so far everything is going fine. Motivation is sky high and hope yours will be to.
My master plan consists on focus on one area. As you may have realized by reading what is written before this, is that i am going to focus on my abdominal area. I will Exercise to reduce tummy fat complementing it with a more general exercise: jogging.
So my plan has started with jogging a couple of weeks ago to help me build up my general physical condition and resistance. I have been running 15-20 minutes for now but i will raise it to 30 minutes has soon as i feel comfortable.
Exercise to reduce stomach - The plan
Naturally i do not want to reduce my stomach, hehe, i just want to get ride of that belly fat, but i still want to eat like i eat know. So my plan won't involve reduced calorie intake... Nope. I already eat reasonable well so i see no need to change that.
So the first part of my plan is already running (eh nice), and before the second part takes place i did some research. So i looked into possible lower ab exercises, tried some and realized that there are no such thing as best ab exercises for man or best ab workouts for women. The best one is what makes you feel comfortable or most motivated to do it. So i have selected 2-3 exercises that i liked and will stick with them for a couple of weeks. Then i will use some of the products i bought on amazon and ebay. Yes i decided to buy some products of those experts, but more of that on another hub later.
Abdominal Exercise Equipment
Ok, initially, my plan did not involve any equipment whatsoever, but i run into some really interesting equipment. I have not bought any yet because i have friends that can borrow them to me for a while. One of them that i did not know was an equipment that is used in the called "suspension training".
The equipment is know as TRX and is the main brand in suspension training equipment. Basically we exercise against gravity. At first i didn't understand the concept but as soon as i saw a friend using it i understood how simple and effective this equipment was. You can basically exercise every singe muscle of the body with a TRX suspension training equipment. And an exercise that i enjoyed the most was the one where i could exercise my abs. Really. The next day my abs where aching so much! I was really impressed with the effectiveness of this type of training.
So after this experience i decided to open my plan to some exercise equipments, starting with this TRX.
